I fly a lot with the hope of capturing stunning scenes and epic moments which can further amplify my existing portfolio of images, but for this particular image submitted, all I did was open my yards door, observed these visitors for a few minutes, surmised they wont be flying off soon, grabbed my camera, some extension tubes and tripod and threw a prayer they'd stay. Every millimeter of movement was precious, my mind was going..."almost there..almost there".. and my subjects gave me a ten minute window to capture something special at the comfort of my own home. No flights required for this one..
